  • BrainLine

    BrainLine is a national multimedia project offering authoritative information and support to anyone whose life has been affected by brain injury or PTSD: people with brain injuries, their family and friends, and the professionals who work with them. BrainLine also provides military-specific information and resources on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to veterans, service members, and their families. Through BrainLine, we seek to provide a sense of community, a place where people who care about brain injury can go 24 hours a day for information, support, and ideas.

  • San Diego Brain Injury Foundation

    The San Diego Brain Injury Foundation (SDBIF) was founded in 1983 as the preeminent resource for brain injury survivors in San Diego County, as well as their caregivers and their families, to provide information, support, education, and community awareness. It is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for brain injury survivors and their families.

  • The Brain Injury Foundation

    The Brain Injury Foundation is dedicated to the prevention of brain damage caused by lack of oxygen and bloodflow to the brain. This injury is known as Hypoxic (low oxygen) Ischemic (low bloodflow) Injury, or HII. Without oxygen reaching the brain, irreversible brain damage starts to occur within 5 minutes. The Mission of the Foundation is to save lives and prevent brain damage of Sudden Cardiac Arrest victims and other breathing cessation insults. Their goal is to enhance the quality of life of heart attack victim, family and caregiver.

    The National Multiple Sclerosis Society exists because there are people with MS. Their vision is a world free of MS. Everything they do is focused so that people affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost and end MS forever.
